S.A.F.E. provides professional supervised visitation services, offering a safe and monitored environment where the relationship between the parent or legal guardian and child/ren can be maintained and strengthened. S.A.F.E. supervisors have experience with the family court system.
S.A.F.E Services
The highest priority of every S.A.F.E. supervisor is the safety, comfort, and emotional well-being of every child. Each visit is carefully supervised to ensure a secure, neutral setting that supports positive interaction while honoring court requirements, party agreements, and case specific guidelines. The supervisor remains present at all times to ensure compliance with established expectations set. S.A.F.E is committed to providing accurate written documentation of visits and maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and consistency. Visits can occur at agreed upon locations to include in the home (when safe), local attractions, and other prearranged venues outside of the Columbia area.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time the visit is booked. S.A.F.E. understands that unexpected circumstances and family emergencies arise. We strive to be flexible whenever possible while ensuring that scheduled visitation remains available for all the families we serve.
The full cancellation policy is detailed in the contract. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit can be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled visit and fail to provide notice (no-show) are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event the supervisor must cancel a prepaid and schedule visit, you will get a full refund (or credit for a future visit) and priority booking on your next visit.
